The one with day 1

Food consumed:
veggies and 2 strips of tilapia fillet in the morning
kangkong leaves (steamed) in the afternoon
1/2 cup brown rice and mackerel in the evening
watermelon fruit in between

Supplements: all 5 taken 3x a day

Activity: 10-minute bike or 2km equivalent

Observation: i always feel full, kinda sleepy too.
