The water pipe switch (the heck, i don't even know what it's called?!) broke again and good thing, the mommy vein in me bought two drums when we moved in here and we we filled those with water, for emergency purposes. The plumber went to our house the following day and replaced the switch and repaired the kitchen faucet as well.
Hmmm, i know this is just a petty house repair but it really makes us think if getting this house is a good buy. I mean, it really is although according to the mortgage lenders that we talked to, there are a few things that we have to consider first and should we decide after doing those, then maybe it will be a better decision then.
After all, finances will always be a major, if not the only, concern here. haha.
